In fact, I’ve always said that if you want to know if something is really an emergency, you should probably ask someone who works in the ER. Because when you call your local doctor’s office, they will often say “if this is an emergency please hang up and dial 911”. Who else would know when to take that seriously, if not someone that has worked in an ER? That’s why our team is uniquely qualified to be your front door to healthcare and help to guide you to the correct level of care.

Fortunately less than 3% of our patients will require an ER referral, but we want to make sure you are getting the right care for your specific situation! Our experience allows us to know what is needed for you!
