How to Opt Out?

To opt out of the Tap Telehealth program:

  1. Contact your utility provider 
    Tap Telehealth is billed through your utility company, typically your water company.
  2. Request to opt out
    Speak with a representative or follow the utility company’s specific process for removing the service.
  3. Confirm your removal
    The utility provider will process your request and remove the Tap Telehealth charge from your bill.
