Q: How can a doctor really diagnose me without seeing me in person?

A: Okay, we know that this one might seem strange, and to be frank you are right! Nothing beats an in person evaluation! But we can tell a lot from your descriptions, and even a quick photo can really give us insight. And for most common issues, that’s all we need. We can also do an audio or video call if that will help us make a better assessment! We are professionals and we know what we are doing.

Q: What if my issue is serious? Can you handle emergencies?

A: We are experts at triage. If we feel like you need in person treatment, we will help guide you to the best place to get the care you need! We are designed to be the front door to healthcare and to make sure you get to the right place at the right time, whether that is with us or at an ER. We can’t handle true emergencies (like heart attacks, strokes, etc), and in those situations, you need to call 911!

A: We are certainly not a place for people to just come to get medications that they dont really need. We’re all about making sure you get the right care for you, and sometimes, that includes a prescription. We also will never provide prescriptions for scheduled substances. If we don’t think you need medications, we won’t prescribe them. It’s all about making sure you get the right care, not just doling out meds.
